Byotrol Clearway Algae Control is a water-based anti-bacterial inhibitor product that works effectively against molds, algae, fungi, the product is safe to use and environmentally friendly - a safe alternative to chlorine or other harsh chemicals. It is non flammable, non toxic & non corrosive. Can be used on all hard surfaces like paths, driveways, patios & car parks. Ideal for coating masonry buildings, stone surfaces giving a long term protection against algae returning. The product is clear & invisible you would not know it was there.

In marine environments like marinas, harbors and docks its great as it will work even in areas where tidal coditions are present. So on slipways and pontoons its good to,- bye bye to pressure washing three or four times a year to remove unwanted slime & algae - just spray on Malcleanse Algae Control.

Malcleanse Algae Control helps prevent algal growth in marine environments it is biodegradable & environmentally safe.

It will only disrupt reproductive of algal spores on treated areas. For pontoons it is best to spray directly onto the timber and leave avoiding application in high winds or heavy rain.

On concrete or stone best to remove any debris and or existing algae prior to application.

	In tidal areas treatment will vary between weeks & months
	Pontoons should require only one annual treatment but may vary dependent on local conditions.
