The K1150 is a good mid-range machine with plenty of power suitable for all manner of cleaning tasks, both at home, tool hire fleet and industrial / commercial use. The machine is designed to be operated in the horizontal position and when finished you can store the gun and lance in specially designed holders within the casing. So powerful is the DirtKiller that some caution needs to be used on delicate surfaces. Both these machines are extremely powerful and have good flow of water enabling any task to be undertaken. The difference between the K145T and the K160TST is that the K160TST is a fully automatic machine. This means that when you let go of the trigger gun and stop spraying water the motor switches off and the machine doesn\'t use any power. Squeeze the trigger and the motor will re-start, the pump will instantly pick up pressure as you spray. The Kranzle pump does not need to be switched off in this way. Some pumps get damaged when left running in by-pass, but not the Kranzle. So only spend the extra money on buying the automatic K160TST to save on electricity if the machine is going to be used on and off all day but is unlikely to get switched off between uses.

The pressure gauge on pressure washers reads pump pressure not the pressure of the jet at the nozzle, so a traditional pressure cleaner with a chemical injector fitted will only be giving you 100 bar pressure at the nozzle even though it is showing 140 bar pump pressure - that\\\'s over 30% wasted energy! This is a monster of a machine with it's own built in water tank allowing the use of detergents at high pressure. The nozzle pressure of this machine is far higher than an equivelent machine that needs a chemical injector. The combination of high pressure and optimum flow makes this an ideal machine for cleaning heavy plant and other tuff jobs. Supplied with standard lance & powerful Turbo lance. This is a monster of a machine! The sturdy frame stands 3 feet tall and weighs more than a 13 stone man. It has four large rubber tyred wheels so moving it about is not difficult, even over rough ground, a brake stops unwanted movement whilst in use. The performance of this 3 phase Quadro is outstanding.

The pressure at the nozzle can be adjusted and chemical can be introduced and sprayed with no loss of pressure. The machines are supplied with a standard lance for high pressure cleaning and a special heavy duty Turbo lance. This Turbo lance produces an extremely powerful jet of spinning water that is quite capable of removing the surface of concrete or paint from metal.
