Malcolm has spent a life time working with pumps, cleaning and high pressure washing equipment . Most of what he knows has been learnt the hard way so his experience has been "hands on". This helps him no end when talking to customers about pressure washers / jet washing machines etc, unlike some shops where the sales person has never use the product at all!
