TRISOL Hard Surface Cleaner contains No solvents No acids or Caustics C11205 5 Lt Can Trisol is a general purpose cleaner that contains no solvents, no acids or caustics. Tri Sol is great to clean upvc and other plastic type surfaces also can be used through pressure washer to clean cladding on buildings. Part No: C11205 Removes oil, grease from floors and is an ideal cleaner for renovating stained & dirty vinyl. Can be used to clean plastic coated cladding on buildings, (UPVC), paintwork on buildings and as a general very good all round cleaner. Use diluted for hand washing / mopping.1:20 in hot water for grease & fat removal, general cleaning dilute 1:100. If using through pressure washer 1 < 2 % at nozzle. Malcolm’s notes:- I use this as my general purpose cleaner, I use it to clean any lightly soiled surfaces as it contains no acids or caustics, it safe on most things. MULTIWASH - Multi Purpose Hard Surface Cleaner

MULTIWASH Multi Purpose Hard Surface Cleaner C11105 5 Lt Can MULTI WASH a superb multi purpose hard surface cleaner, Non toxic, Non flammable & economical. It cuts through everyday grease & grime, removes tobacco strains from walls & ceilings. Safe to use on most surfaces. Part No: C11105 Dilution Rates:- 1:10 for general hand cleaning & mopping.

1 – 2% at nozzle of power washer. – More effective if used with hot or warm water. Malcolm’s notes:- Multi-Wash is another good general purpose cleaner, can be use in bucket & mop, hand sprayer (dilute about 1:10) safe on most things – great for washing off tobacco stains from paint work and ceilings prior to re-painting. If used through a pressure washer aim for about 1- 2 % at nozzle.

Also I am told that this works well in ultrasonic cleaning equipment, I believe that it has great use within the printing industry and for other ultra sonic cleaning applications a well. For heavy soiled jobs where there is a heavy soiling of oil / grease / fat on hard surfaces use STRONGARM.

High Quality Traffic Film Remover TFR CONCENTRATE

TFR CONCENTRATE. Goes a long way, dilute before use. A heavy duty traffic film remover for use in high pressure cleaning equipment. Removes stubborn traffic film, dirt and grime from many types of surfaces.

HOW TO USE
For best results pre-wet vehicle surface and apply through a high pressure washer. This is a concentrated cleaner and can be pre-diluted with up to 2<4 parts of water.

Apply the solution adjusting the flow through the pressure washer so its diluted again to around 1:50 < 1:100 to give desired foaming and cleaning. Clean all surfaces and rinse off under high pressure.

Note: Do not allow product to dry on surface before rinsing. It is advisable to pre-test a small area if vehicle has been repainted recently.

HOW TO USE For interior use to remove black mould etc wet the surface with 1:5 solution and allow to soak in. Clean with a brush or cloth. Apply a second treatment diluted with 10 parts water to protect against regrowth. When using in food preparation areas avoid contact with foodstuffs. If using in a greenhouse do not spray onto plants.

For exterior use it is advisable to use in dry weather. If surface is dry apply product as for interior application above. If surface is wet then apply product undiluted. Repeat process regularly until algae and mould have been killed. To accelerate removal use a stiff brush. (Coverage about 4<8 sq m per lt - thick moss on tarmac will need more than algae or moss on a flat surface)

KITCHEN DESCALER

Acid De-Scaler for kitchen & catering equipment. Scale, limescale, calcium carbonate, whatever you call it, is a nuisance. It sticks to things like kettle elements, electric irons, coffee machines, & around taps.

For general descaling add a solution containing 1 part of concentrate to between 5 and 10 parts of water to equipment. Circulate for a few minutes until scale and soiling has been removed.

Rinse thoroughly.

For kettle descaling fill kettle two thirds full with water and boil.

Place kettle in a well ventilated area and pour in half a cup of concentrate slowly.

Make sure that the kettle lid remains off.

Leave to stand until fizzing stops.

Empty out contents and rinse with clean water.

Refill kettle and boil. Repeat if required.

BLITZ Heavy Duty Oven and Drain Cleaner

BLITZ Heavy Duty Oven & Drain Cleaner for industrial kitchen use, an extra strong HIGH caustic oven cleaner for difficult kitchen cleaning jobs like baked on grease & fats. Also for unblocking & de-greasing drains & grease traps.

Blitz is an extra heavy duty HIGH caustic formula for difficult cleaning jobs.

Removes baked on grease & fat from ovens & kitchen equipment.

Powerful action unblocks drains, frees grease traps.

Use in dairy & brewery bottle washing equipment.

High sequestration capacity gives longer solution life.

Ideal for plant circulation & plant cleaner.

Circulation and plant cleaning, bottle washing etc., dilute 1 part to 80 parts water.

Spray cleaning dilute 1 part to 50 parts water. Ovens, frying rangers etc., dilute 1 part to 7 parts of water.

Leave to penetrate and soften, then rinse. Greasy and carbonised utensils, soak in a solution of 1 part to 20 parts HOT water.

Drains, pour onto drain or grease trap and allow to soak before flushing clear with water.

WARNING: This product is highly CAUSTIC.
Always wear protective clothing, gloves and face / eye protection during use.
Test first.

N.B. DO NOT USE ON ALUMINIUM OR GALVANISED METAL.

Alkaline Cleaner

CONTAINS: - SODIUM HYDROXIDE, POTASSIUM HYDROXIDE. Causes severe burns, do not breath spray. Blitz is very strong and great care must be used when using this product.

This product is for Industrial Use.

Limestone After Wash

Limestone Afterwash is a mild organic acid cleaning compound used to neutralize & brighten surfaces that have been pre-washed using an alkaline cleaner, will not damage most masonry surfaces.

Does not contain hydrochloric or hydrofluoric acid.

Always test first.

Dilute one part fresh water to one part concentrated cleaner before application. - Pour water into empty bucket, then carefully add Limestone After-wash. Never pour water into the cleaner. - Allow the Afterwash to remain on the surface for 3 to 5 minutes. - Pressure rinse from the bottom of the treated area to the top. - Make sure to cover each portion of the masonry surface with the concentrated stream of water.

To avoid streaking, keep wall surfaces immediately below area being cleaned running wet and free of cleaner rundown and residues.

Contains: Acetic Acid.

Not suitable for use on polished Marble, polished Travertine, polished Limestone or polished Granite.

Always test each type of surface and stain before overall application to ensure suitability, dilution rates and desired results.

Allow area to dry thoroughly before inspection and approval.

Acid Cleaner Thick for Brick and Concrete Cleaning

Acid Cleaner Thick for Brick and Concrete Cleaning C12105 5 Lt Can A viscous acidic cleaner for removing mortar stains, limes scale & general cleaning of brickwork & masonry.

Apply to surface with soft brush - allow several minutes to dissolve deposits, and then wash off with lots of clean water. C12105 Contains: Hydrochloric Acid. Always test first. Pressure wash the area to be treated to pre-wet prior to application of product and to prevent unnecessary absorption of product. - It may be necessary to degrease the area prior to being cleaned. - Apply undiluted or diluted (1:1 < 1:3) with a bristle brush to the affected area, starting at the top and working to natural breaks, cover the area evenly. Allow to dwell up to 15-20 minutes before rinsing. Do not allow to dry. Not suitable for some polished stone and glazed surfaces or limestone & marble.

Acid Ghost Rinse

Acid Ghost Rinse used for removal of remaining pigment ghosting following Graffiti Shadow Remover. This acidic rinse will fizz out remaining ghosting while stabilizing & neutralizing the pH. Also a general purpose concrete & brick cleaner. Part No: C10905

It can help remove rust, oil, mud, atmospheric dirt, light mortar smears and many other stains.

Cleaning and Neutralisation:
Dilute the product to appropriate strength. Normally 3 parts water to 1 part product. - Allow to dwell for 2 to 5 minutes. - Rinse off using a pressure washer. - Do not use water hotter that 60 C. - Repeat if ghosting remains.

Always test.

Contains:
Phosporic Acid

Not suitable for use on limestone. Use Limestone and Masonry Afterwash.

Cement and Mortar Cleaner

Cement & Mortar Acid Cleaner is an acidic liquid for removing cement & mortar stains from walls and floors, bricks & masonry, builders tools & equipment.

Also for cleaning concrete slabs, blocks, paving stones.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Areas to be cleaned should be wetted prior to application. APPLICATION: • Thoroughly prewet the area. • Apply Malcleanse - CEMENT AND MORTAR CLEANER with a bristle brush to the affected area. • Allow to dwell for 15 minutes. • Use neat or dilute with cold water. • Do a test area starting with a weak mix.

• Always pour cold water into an empty bucket first, then carefully add CEMENT AND MORTAR CLEANER. • Never use hot water. • Use in rubber or polyethylene buckets only.

• Not suitable for cleaning polished or certain glazed surfaces. • Always test each type of surface and stain before overall application to ensure suitability and desired results.

 • Do not allow cleaner to dry into the masonry as this may leave residue and stain.

 • Pressure wash off until complete rinsing has been achieved. • Causes burns. Wear suitable PPE - plastic, rubber or PVC protective suit, goggles, boots and gloves to avoid splash to bear skin or eyes.

STORAGE: Store in closed containers. Avoid extremes of temperature. Contains: Hydrochloric Acid SHELF LIFE: 12 months (in original sealed container). Always test first.

Heavy Duty Masonry Detergent a concentrated alkaline formula for cleaning heavily stained masonry surfaces & maintenance of surfaces, non acidic detergent is ideal for interior / exterior & will not normally affect polished surfaces.

Limestone Restorer

A concentrated acidic cleaner for unpolished limestone, concrete & cast stone surfaces. Removes atmospheric dirt, mildew & many other surface stains without risk of bleaching or discoloration. For lightly soiled limestone surfaces. C12405

Always test first.

Limestone Restorer is safer and easier to use than conventional acidic or abrasive cleaning systems.

Does not contain hydrofluoric acid.

Dilute with a minimum 2 parts and up to six parts water to one part concentrate. Test panels should determine effectiveness of the cleaning solutions and proper dilution ratio. When diluting, pour water into empty rubber or polyethylene bucket, acidic liquids and fumes attack metal. - Prewet the surface to be cleaned with clean water. - Apply the diluted cleaning solution liberally to the masonry surface using a brush. - Allow the solution to remain on the surface for 3 to 5 minutes. Reapply. Light agitations will improve cleaning results. - Rinse the treated area thoroughly using pressure water equipment.
