FARM MACHINERY CLEANER and DEGREASER C11525 25 Lt Can Heavy Duty Cleaner and Degreaser - for farm machinery and farm equipment, concrete yards, farm buildings, animal housing etc.... Dissolves grease, muck, grime, oil and dirt. Use through Pressure washer or steam cleaner. Part No: C11525 DIRECTIONS: Apply diluted with up to 100 parts of hot water to the soiled surface by brushing, wiping, spraying or through a power washer. For best results allow a contact time of at least 1-2 minutes before rinsing off by flushing or mopping or power washing with clean water. NOTE: Do not allow to dry on glass or aluminium surfaces. Heavy Duty Steam Cleaner Engine Degreaser Concentrated

Heavy Duty Steam Cleaner & Engine Degreaser very concentrated powerful yet versatile cleaner for cleaning most surfaces with the minimum of effort. It quickly dissolves grease, oil, diesel and grime in many areas. Part No: C11805

Formulated with emulsifiers, detergents, wetting agents & a water soluble solvents it is a safe, non flammable degreaser & oil converter.

Benefits
• Excellent cleaning action even using cold solution.

• Can be used with up to 100 parts of water through steam cleaners and cold high pressure washers.

How to Use
Pre-dilute with up to 15 parts of water and feed into system adjusting the strength of mix solution to get the most effective cleaning action. After cleaning rinse thoroughly.

NOTE: AVOID PAINTED SURFACES AND DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY ON GLASS, PLASTIC OR ALUMINIUM SURFACES.

Make a solution up diluted with between 5 and 50 parts of hot or cold water, depending on the level of soiling. Apply solution to the surface by mopping, brushing or spraying. Allow a contact time of at least 1-2 minutes, agitate if necessary and rinse off by flushing or wiping with clean water.

STRONGARM CONCENTRATE - Alkaline Cleaner

STRONGARM CONCENTRATE Alkaline Cleaner  is an alkaline cleaner that cuts through grease, oil & grime & is ideal for engineering, heavy plant cleaning, food industry, bakeries, breweries, abattoir’s, transport, garages, haulage yards & dockyards. Part No: C11305 Use STRONGARM – mop, spray, scrub or pressure washer. DO NOT USE ON Aluminium or Galvanized surfaces. Dilution Rates:- 1:10 for heavy duty cleaning of grease, fat and wax removal.1:50 hot / cold high pressure washer. < 1:100 for light duty cleaning & damp mopping. When you need something stronger than TriSol or Multi-Wash this is the stuff, its cuts through grease, fat & oil etc. great to use in garages, service stations. - (Like most cleaners they work faster when used with hot/warm water) Also very good to degrease cooking utensils; - mix at about 1:10 with hot water and leave to soak. Great to clean & de-grease heavy plant - rinse well after. Do not use on galvanized surfaces or on aluminium. Works well in ultrasonic cleaning equipment where a strong alkaline solution is required. Used as integral part of total dairy hygiene programme to prevent microbial, bacterial and viral growth in milk transfer and delivery systems.

Application Instructions:

For cubicle hygiene use @ 10:1 for application (10 parts of water to 1 part product)

For use in bulk tanks: Rinse tank / rinse lines / apply product @ 7:1 dilution / final rinse (7 parts water to 1 part product)

For use in milk lines: use as above @ 7:1 (7 parts water to 1 part product)

Product Compatibility:

Byotrol products are safe and effective on most materials of construction.
Used as directed, it will not adversely affect materials commonly in use
within the agricultural industry including liquid stainless steel, aluminium,
galvanised or chrome finishes, rubber, wood and plastics.

To maximize and maintain efficiency, and for safety reasons, this product

Draygiene is a sanitising detergent highly effective against E, coli, Listeria &, Salmonella.

Draygiene is a blend of advanced quaternary ammonium biocides plus a biocidal amphoteric surfactant to produce a broad spectrum of killing power. Due to it’s mixed biocide system the product also exhibits some fungicidal properties.

Ideal for janitorial uses, hospitals, schools, gymnasia, changing rooms, kitchens, restaurants, bars, confectioners, meat processing plants, food storage areas, delivery vehicles, animal handling & animal housing, agricultural buildings, abattoirs & mortuaries.

Dilution rates: 1 part to 40 parts water for cleaning & sanitizing dirty surfaces. 1 part to 80 part water for general cleaning. 1 part with up to 300 parts water for regular damp mopping of lightly soiled areas.

MOSSGO - (Moss Go) - MOSS and ALGAE KILLER

Moss Go is a Moss & Algae KILLER - Use this product to kill moss and algae a highly effective solution for destroying moss, mildew, mould, fungus & algae. Use on paths, patios, driveways bloc pavers & tarmac tennis courts & sports surfaces.

A highly effective solution for destroying moss, mildew, mould, fungus and algae and protecting against re-growth. Unlike conventional products based on acids and caustics Moss Go not only removes the surface growth, it also destroys the spores which produce the new growth and is safer to use both for the operator and the treated surfaces. Can be used on concrete, wood, tar, bricks & slates and Tarmac Tennis / Sports Courts.

HOW TO USE For interior use to remove black mould etc wet the surface with 1:5 solution and allow to soak in. Clean with a brush or cloth. Apply a second treatment diluted with 10 parts water to protect against regrowth. When using in food preparation areas avoid contact with foodstuffs. If using in a greenhouse do not spray onto plants.

For exterior use it is advisable to use in dry weather. If surface is dry apply product as for interior application above. If surface is wet then apply product undiluted. Repeat process regularly until algae and mould have been killed. To accelerate removal use a stiff brush. (Coverage about 4<8 sq m per lt - thick moss on tarmac will need more than algae or moss on a flat surface)
